We craft fruit preparations for industry, artisans and farmers. We adapt to all different types of demands and technical constraints such as fruit piece size, texture, seeds, sugar content, pH. Our craftsmanship and our equipment allow us to meet all of your demands. Our products do not contain any preservatives, acidity regulators. You’ll find only 100% organic fruits and our craftsmanship in each of our preparations. Our cooking method allows for quick temperature increases in a small, steam double jacket boiler to preserve fruit quality. Product packaging takes place immediately after desired cooking temperatures are reached in order to preserve fruit flavors without altering color. The manager, Erwan, will respond to all of your concerns. Whenever feasible, your products will be crafted one week after ordering for the quickest delivery possible.
